Commercial: TNA Entertainment Corporate Office – Nashville, TN

The corporate office of TNA Entertainment in Nashville is a 10,000 square foot conceptual design. Allowing for executive office spaces and support spaces the facility was designed to meet the needs of this integrated media production company.

Academic: Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia – Madison, TN

Master Planning for this project includes a series of phased improvements to expand and update the campus with minimal disruption. 29,000 square feet of improvements include a complete renovation to the administrative building, a partial renovation of the faculty office wing, two new auditoria and a new entry lobby.

Commercial: Peek-a-Boo Playtown – Hendersonville, TN & Franklin, TN

Working within an existing retail space is sometimes difficult, especially when you need to reproduce the concept in multiple locations. Peek-a-Boo Playtown was developed with children in mind and to maximize the existing space. Each facility is approximately 4,000 square feet of children’s play and amusement area and includes play elements for children of all ages.

Trucking-Logistics: Old Dominion Freight Line – San Antonio, TX

This 57,000 square foot facility has 100 doors, a 2 story dock office and a 2 bay refueling station. With plans for growth in mind, the facility was designed to accommodate a 60 door expansion.

Ecclesiastical: Cornerstone Church – Madison, TN

Cornerstone Church in Madison, Tennessee was growing quickly and in need of an addition. The Mollenkopf Design Group designed and helped facilitate the addition of a day care and education wing to the existing building. Including the large, indoor 2-story play area, the project totaled over 28,000 square feet and contained 14 classrooms and an auditorium.

Trucking-Logistics: Estes Express LinesShop Renovation – Houston, TX

This expansion and renovation of an existing facility included a new fueling island, the conversion of a 20,000 square foot warehouse to a maintenance shop, and two smaller storage buildings converted into a pair of maintenance facilities.

Academic: Bass Memorial Academy – Lumberton, MS

This six-building campus suffered extensive damage during Hurricane Katrina. The Mollenkopf Design Group designed and facilitated the rebuilding of this project, while the site was still being used as a FEMA relief zone. This fast-track project was completed in 12 months, and due to the nature of the Katrina disaster, all building materials were imported from Nashville, Tennessee.

Commercial: TNA Entertainment Voice-over Studio – Nashville, TN

TNA Entertainment’s Voice-Over studio is a unique 15,000 square foot facility located in a historic building. With extensive coordination and integration with acoustic and equipment consultants, the Mollenkopf Design Group was able to create a top-notch facility for TNA’s media production arm.

Trucking-Logistics: Old Dominion Freight Line – Edwardsville, KS

This 82,000 square foot design-build project includes a 12,000 square foot, 2-story dock office and a new 136 door truck terminal. Constructed of tilt-wall concrete and pre-engineered metal, the project includes a maintenance facility and future expansion for 100 doors.

Commercial: Department of Veteran Affairs – Smyrna, TN

This adaptive reuse project, completed in 2010, involved the renovation of an existing 64,000 square foot “big-box” store into a new Patient Accounts Call Center. The 650-workstation facility included a change of occupancy from mercantile to business, and extensive upgrades to meet current code requirements, Veteran Affairs standards, and seismic requirements.

Commercial: Franklin Business Park – Franklin, TN

The Franklin Business Park was once a large warehouse that has since been converted to a series of commercial office spaces. The renovation of over 180,000 square feet included architectural and landscape design as well as a complete overhaul of its mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
